Cancel or refund

Canceling a pending order, refund requests.

• How do I cancel an order?

  Contact the restaurant directly and ask them to cancel it. Orders are cancelled by the restaurant rather than from the app, so they can stop the kitchen at the same time — the sooner you call, the more likely it can still be stopped.

• How long do refunds take?

  Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Cash payments are settled directly with the restaurant.

• Can I get a partial refund for one missing item?

  Yes — contact the restaurant or email support@favornoms.com with your order number and what was wrong. We’ll work with the restaurant to refund the affected items.
