• How do loyalty points work?

  You earn points on every completed order. Each branch sets its own earn rate, tiers and rewards, and points earned at one branch can only be spent at that branch — yours are shown under Account → Loyalty & rewards, where you also pick a reward to use at checkout. One reward per order.

• How do I use a promo code?

  On the checkout page, enter the code in the “Promo code” field and tap Apply. Promo codes can’t be combined unless the restaurant says otherwise.

• My promo says expired

  Each promo has an expiration date and a maximum number of redemptions. If you think this is an error, email support@favornoms.com.
