Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Agreement

By using Favornoms (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are an offer to purchase that the restaurant may accept or decline. Prices, item availability, and delivery zones are set by each restaurant, and you buy from the restaurant, not from Favornoms.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and paid straight into the restaurant's own Stripe account. Favornoms does not receive, hold or pass on the money you pay for an order, and takes no share of it. Your card statement shows the restaurant as the merchant. Cash and QR-transfer payments are settled directly with the restaurant or its driver.

A restaurant may add a card surcharge of up to 3% of the food subtotal. It applies to card payments only, never to cash or transfer, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Refunds

Refund policy is set by each restaurant, and the restaurant decides whether to refund. A card refund is made by the restaurant from its own Stripe account back to the card you paid with, and usually appears within 5–10 business days. A dispute or chargeback is between you, your card issuer and the restaurant; Favornoms is not a party to the payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks.
  • Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service at scale without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and content (other than user submissions and restaurant menus) are owned by Favornoms. You may not reproduce or redistribute without our written consent.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We are not liable for restaurant food quality, delivery times, or any consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
